We were having problems with our split mini AC system. We gave Sterling Climate Solutions a call and they arrived the next day. David and Zach at Sterling Climate Solutions are incredible. When left without heat at our clinic during the coldest week of the winter, both men were happy to help and promptly assisted us in a new heater installation and fixing the heat whenever needed. Whenever we would call, they would be there right away. They were very respectful of our space being a busy hospital and were very quick with their work. Their in depth knowledge about heating systems was very admirable. They are two very kind individuals and we are grateful to have them part of our team.

I called Sterling on the hottest day of the summer when I arrived home after work and my house was 82 degrees. They arrived within 30 minutes and the issue was resolved in 15 minutes. Sterling also had a look at my aging furnace at that time and suggested a follow up in the fall to determine if the levels were safe once it switched over to heat. Sterling was prompt, resourceful, and meticulous in their diagnostic and determinations. I would DEFINITELY recommend Sterling to anyone and will be seeking their ongoing support and professional recommendations as it relates to all things heating & cooling in my new to me home!
