Called Hydro Services to purchase and install an AC/Heat pump for my condo. The team that was sent were very professional, efficient and meticulous in the way the wires and pipes were installed for esthetic reasons. I would not hesitate to recommend them. OMG cannot say enough good things about the service we received. Our water tank emptied and needed to be replaced. They were able to come and replace our Propane hot water tank same day that we called.Exceptional service and good price.

This is my second review of the good folks at North Bay Hydro Services, now operating as Your Home Services. We needed a new furnace as we had no heat and it was -20 ºC outside! Michael and his team not only got us a new furnace very quickly, they installed it professionally, as scheduled and being super respectful of our home. The new furnace was about $1,000 less than a competitive quote we received. I no longer call around. I've already asked Your Home Services to get us a new heat pump in Spring simply because they are trustworthy. Thanks guys!!!!North Bay Hydro just installed a new water heater for us and we couldn't be happier. Michael and his team made the paperwork super simple...ok, non-existent. The installer called well in advance, arranged a specific time and showed up right on time! (Bell, are you listening?). They lined the floor to make sure there was no mess, were super courteous (yes, wearing their masks without being asked) and did an excellent job. Need a new water heater? Call North Bay Hydro Services!!!!
