I go to school here and was hesitant to go to this dealership with some of these reviews. however, i’ve now been there a few times for tire swaps, oil change, etc. everyone single person here has gone above and beyond from phoning to make the appointment to speaking with various staff when waiting. the kindness is absolutely unmatched and they have treated me so well. i will be continuing to go here from now on! stuart the owner is also a very nice man and has always come to chat with me. love hoppers!
Amazing people and amazing service! We were on our way to Kingston from up north coming bk from the holidays. Engine light came on saying Reduced Engine Power. Paul fit us in their busy schedule, Bill booked us in promptly, and Joe fixed our vehicle. We are now gtg to drive home safe. Thank you so much everyone!!!
