The service I received was excellent and they charge a very fair and reasonable price. I hired them to clean my couch and was really happy with the result. My couch looks brand new again! We recently purchased our home and were looking to have the ductwork cleaned. Being new to the area, we chose this company based on a Google search—and we’re so glad we did.
From start to finish, the experience was great. They took the time to walk me through everything that would be done beforehand and then showed me the results at the end, which I really appreciated.
We also have an HRV system that wasn’t hooked up when we bought the house, and they were more than happy to take a look at it for what I felt was a very reasonable price.
At no point did I feel pressured to add on services or “upgrade” anything, which made the whole experience feel honest and comfortable. Everything was completed smoothly and on time.
I would definitely recommend them!

We have used this company over the past 20 years to service our carpets. Very polite and well mannered crew. We recently decided to have the ducts cleaned in the buildings and I must say that Brady and the staff are well skilled, quick and effective at this too! The amount of dust and dirt was incredible once they had showed me their unit afterwards. I would recommend Ed Kingsbury Carpet Cleaning to anyone who requires any service they offer.

I would never refer or use this company they are the worst to deal with. Last fall I called for rug cleaning appt. and the price was $150. I called in January of this yr and the price doubled. But I really needed my rugs cleaned so I said ok. Gave Brady my phone number and address and set the appointment, he said oh yes I know that building I’ve been there before. Well the day he was supposed to come was the day of the last snow storm so we had to reschedule. That day came and he was to call when he was on his way and said he would be here in about 15mins so I said I’ll go out in the parking lot to show him where to park. So out I go standing out there for about 1/2 hr and watched him drive past twice. I come in to see if he has called. Yes he called saying we will have to rebook because I only had a certain amount of time allowed, and by this time he was already 1 hr late. I’ve not received a rebook call so I’ve now made other arrangements.

Brady was knowledgeable and courteous. They went above to clean our ducts and carpets. The old carpets were matted down before the clean but after fluffy. The air has been improved in the house after the duct cleaning. I would recommended him to anyone.
