I had an unfortunate experience since October of 2025 trying to deal with CIBC 1-800 and was considering leaving and looking at other Banks but today I went in to get my new card and met an absolute beaut named Dawson. Guy was super super cool, down to earth, KILLER mullet and beyond helpful. Passed some things along to another colleague Colin who ACTUALLY called me back by end of day and was the same. Super helpful, friendly, and answered everything I needed and then some.
Colin, Dawson. You're a couple of awesome people and I really appreciate everything today.
To management, NEVER fire these two!
