Brought a cat in that was diagnosed with Stomatitis. They did everything they could.. went above and beyond with their care, but in the end, we let her go. The sympathy and compassion was nice. Thanks again for trying your best with Rhaenys.
They were able to take us for a very last-minute appointment to put down our pet. Everyone we met was very caring and compassionate. We received a sympathy card from them with a handwritten note from each staff member, very unexpected and a beautiful touch.
