My Moms Honda CRV began throwing multiple warning lights on the dash which initially caused some understandable concern.
The dealership told her that the issue was “catastrophic” and “unsafe”, needing immediate attention. However, they were unable to tell us what the issue actually was.
Exercising some healthy skepticism, we suggested she get a second opinion and we’re very glad that she did.

Kars is the best automotive shop I have ever been to. I booked an appointment to do timing belt on my car. I drove in with a car that is long overdue with oil change. I also have a set of summer tires in the back. Without instructions, kars did my timing belt, change the oil and install the summer tires for me. I never asked for the quote since I know I don’t have to. This is how much I trust them. Of course, the price is more than reasonable.
