I brought in my winter coat to have the zipper fixed. She fixed it on the spot and what she could have charged, having to have the zipper replaced, she felt only the slide needed to be replaced. I will definitely come here for future repairs and recommend her. Most places won't fix a zipper, and you have to have it replaced which would have costed me around $80 - 100 as they charge $2 an inch. It was only $10 . So happy with her service
I came in for the first time for alterations with two pairs of pants and the girl working did it in no less than 15 minutes and was very kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning for any alteration needs
Very poor customer service. They are eating at the front desk while taking our clothing. When I picked up they were eating ribs. The seamstress butchered my mother’s skirt that needed taking it. Thank god we can take the seams out and take it somewhere else to get fixed. I dropped it off a week prior to needing it, they said pick up Friday, I went in Friday it wasn’t competed, they said come back Saturday, I went back and they were closed at 1. I will definitely not be going back.
