Lou from Titan Tax was very efficient and informative. He spotted opportunity for myself to get a larger refund than I expected. He knows his stuff.Very professional. I have used other big company name tax services in past I will not mention . Horrible experience .
I like that I can talk directly with the person doing my taxes and not a big company with part timers who are there one day and off the next. Calls not returned etc…Hard to get a hold of the people some times when they work for big company and are not there full time .
I will be sticking with Titan Tax next year also. Best service I have had in over 39 years
We rang Titan Tax last Monday March 2nd.We were very pleased Lou answered our questions quickly and efficiently. We were able to file our taxes over the phone, and through text, and it was the easiest tax filing we have ever done
