“I initially called Daine last fall because of other favorable reviews and l can now concur with everyone that he is dependable, efficient and very nice to work with. I value and appreciate all of the jobs that he has done for us so far and will definitely contact him again in the future.”
“This was my first experience with Superior Plumbing. I got a quick response on the phone and for an appointment. The service men were curious and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. Thank you.”
“I highly recommend Ray from Emerald Plumbing. He is an exceptionally honest, professional and trustworthy technician.
I recently had an intermittent problem with my new Rinnai RX199iN tankless water heater. Ray first came to inspect the unit, and because the problem could not be diagnosed immediately, he returned with another technician as promised.
On the second visit, Ray thoroughly checked the system and contacted Rinnai Technical Support while he was at my home. He eventually discovered that a plant leaf had partially blocked the outside air-intake pipe, preventing the heater from getting sufficient air. He removed the obstruction, and the hot water immediately started working properly again.
What impressed me most was Ray’s honesty. He could easily have suggested expensive repairs or replacement parts, but he did not. He correctly identified the simple cause of the problem and resolved it without unnecessary work or parts.
Ray was also very respectful, patient and professional throughout the entire process. He explained what he was checking and gave me a written receipt describing the work.
In my experience, an honest technician who puts the customer’s interests first is extremely valuable. Ray is exactly that kind of professional.
I sincerely appreciate his service and would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Ray and Emerald Plumbing to anyone who needs a reliable, honest and knowledgeable plumber.
Thank you, Ray, for your excellent service! You earned my five-star review.”
