We had our pool install last summer and Paradise Pools did an amazing job. Mother Nature delayed our start date with lots of rain, however, the wonderful crew worked hard when the days were clear and dry. All staff were respectful of my property and cleaned up daily. They worked extremely hard and were very professional. I recommend that you fill a cooler with ice and drinks for the working crew to support them while they work on such hot days. We had issues with our hot tub. Andrew the technician came out to service it. He was excellent. Fast and efficient and explained the problem. Great service and great technician. We’re up and running. Thanks Andrew

We had an outstanding experience with MP Paradise Pools from start to finish. We needed repairs on our in-ground pool, including a full concrete bottom and a new liner. The workmanship was meticulous—both the concrete and liner were installed with exceptional care, as if it were their own pool. Every interaction, from the office staff to the crew on site, was friendly and professional. Even when unforeseen delays came up, they communicated openly and kept us in the loop. I highly recommend MP Paradise Niagara—they’ll always be our first choice for anything pool-related. Keep up the amazing work. You should be incredibly proud of the business you’ve built.
