Tony and Michael arrived when they said they would and immediately got to work. They did an extraordinary job and were friendly and courteous. Michael even attempted to remove his shoes until I told him that it wasn't necessary as I would not clean the floors until they were done. They returned all the vents and wiped around them when they were reinstalling. It was the first time my unit had this service in 9 years. Very satisfied with the job. The technicians were very professional and friendly. They readjusted the valves for the ducting to rectify the heating issues with our two front bedrooms. Will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get their ducting cleaned.
Great customer service from Chris, and Tony did a fantastic job explaining as he went along cleaning the air ducts, showing me before and after pictures. Very professional and highly recommend Kleen-Flo!
