While Saturday hours could be longer, the service makes the hospital parking fee well worth it. Customers are so pleased and highly recommend transferring prescriptions there.
Excellent staff who are professional and friendly, which is always the first thing I look for in any business and this one did not disappoint.
Located in GNGH very close to Tim Horton’s at the entrance. A bottle of water will cost you $2.79 at Tim’s, but GoldenCare Pharmacy only charges $1.
I am still singing the praises to my friends about my wonderful experience at this amazing pharmacy! I was seen in the ER for a very severe case of poison ivy that had spread to all parts of my body. The physician in the ER ordered a 25 day cycle of Prednisone starting at a whopping dose of 50 mg. I have never been a fan of this medication but I was in such agony that I agreed to fill the prescription. The pharmacy at the GNG went ABOVE and BEYOND!! The pharmacist (Christine I think?) was very kind and educated me on the do’s and don’ts. The pharmacy assistant was my ‘earth angel’. I am so sorry that I didn’t get her name!
