Service was great . Except one waitress spilled one of our friends beer on me and did not give our friend another beer. I had to take my dress to the cleaners. She was not very apologetic
This is the best hotel I ever been to. The waterpark was amazing if I had to live in any hotel it would be Americana. It’s great but the shampoo makes my hair really dry. If there was conditioner in the washrooms it would be even better. Again best hotel ever but just work on the shampoo.

bed was comfortable, room was spacious with microwave & fridge.
Hotel has a bar & food & game room with water park.
Breakfasts were delicious & made a good start to our sightseeing days in the area.
