Our central vac system was performing badly. Over the years I have contacted a Markham vac store whenever I had issues, which usually resulted in a rushed diagnosis and high-pressure expensive upsells. I was dreading calling again then a friend recommended Vacworks in Newmarket. In less than an hour, Jim diagnosed and cleared material from previous owners. He answered all my questions and did not upsell any needless items. The fee was very reasonable and my system works better than ever. Stop looking and book Vacworks!

Been dealing with these guys for a long time and never disappointed. They take care of service and warranty right there in the store, they are knowledgeable and helpful. I am on my second vacuum from here, last one (central vac) lasted me years beyond warranty. (replaced the beater bar once a couple years ago). Just picked up my second central vac as my old one finally died. Hooked right into my system, works perfectly with my beater bar and pipes. Highly recommend.

Purchased my central vacuum from Vacworks in Newmarket. Jim the owner and his wife are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jim came (on his only day off as I needed the vacuum installed before my housewarming party) to install and he did a fantastic job. His workmanship is outstanding.
