Nope. I strongly recommend to avoid this company. We moved across the country on our own and booked this company to unload our truck to the new house. We even called the day prior to confirm that everything is as planned. The movers simply didn't show up. They kept lying to us "we are on the way, will be there in 15 minutes", the truth is that these 15 minutes turned into 2 hours and we just told them not to come. They completly messed up our move as we had a booked elevator and we had to give up on that. I have never seen such an unprofessional company. If you are being late or see that you won't be able to come on time, why not just be honest and say that? We could have just book other movers and fix this matter. I would at least somehow understand if they said "we are sorry but we have some issues and won't be able to come on time" and give recommendation to some other company. But no, they were so worried about their money and this results in a bad review. After reading the other reviews, I was happy we didn't go with them because I see that they ruin people's furniture, it's terrible.

We had a china cabinet to move and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. They were punctual, problem solved the best way to transport the family heirloom and did the entire job in a polite respectful manner. This company is the real deal. They worked quickly, efficiently, and safely, and were extremely friendly, helpful and professional! Many thanks to Noel for helping us arrange our move to Kitchener during this COVID-19 pandemic, and with less than a month before our closing. She was courteous, professional and pleasant. That took a lot of stress out of our move!
