We called Jay because we were in a pinch as a result of having a new puppy, and he was able to come and clean our linen RH couches almost right away. He was very professional and did a thorough job. We were so impressed that we arranged for him to come back later in the week to steam clean our ceramic floors. Again, he was on time, thorough, efficient, professional and did an amazing job!
