Ricky was very good, carpets turned out very clean. We had an issue with area carpet buckling and he came back and cleaned the back of the carpet which resolved the issue. Bayview Steam Cleaning did a nice job on our commercial carpet cleaning. Bayview Steam Cleaning did the encapsulation carpet cleaning method which has quicker dry times than hot water carpet cleaning. We were impressed by the encapsulation carpet cleaning results.
