Athletify, and in particular Scott Dunne, was recommended to me by a friend who had seen Scott when he was suffering from a similar type of injury. As a golfer, knowing that Scott specialized in golf related injuries, I was immediately drawn to him as a Physiotherapist.

When I first called the clinic I spoke with Andrew. He was very professional, cheerful and very helpful in getting me scheduled for an initial assessment with Scott. Andrew provided a detailed explanation of what to expect, ensured I knew where the clinic was located and sent me the intake paperwork to be submitted prior to my first visit.

When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist Jen introduced herself and greeted me by name. I was very surprised at the size of the clinic. Each treatment room is a room with walls – unlike other clinics where patient treatment areas are separated by curtains. There are golf simulators, gym facilities and exercise spaces. The clinic is always spotlessly clean. At the end of my first visit, I booked several follow up appointments before leaving the clinic.

The clinic offers a wide variety of leading edge technology treatment options. I have personally had shockwave therapy, LASER therapy and acupuncture over the various different treatments I have received.

Prior to each appointment, I receive a reminder of the upcoming appointment. Rescheduling, when necessary, is easy: I have the option of doing it on line or by calling the clinic.
Everyone I have met at the clinic is excellent; friendly, professional and helpful. They took the time to get to know me as an individual, making me feel very comfortable in this clinic. I’m treated with respect and compassion. Each treatment session is individually tailored to my needs in the moment.“
