Awesome experience! I have a job that is quite hands on and it can be hard on my nails. I rarely get them done because my nails break so easily. I got them done for my bachelorette and was expecting them to break as soon as I went back to work. This set of bio gel nails with extensions is the longest lasting set I ever had. Hopefully I can keep them going with refills until the wedding! I am definitely coming back!

Booked 4 manicures to start at 3pm. Arrived at 3pm and there were only 2 employees working and they were both busy. My group was made to wait over 30 minutes before they started the first girl. I waited an hour, my other 2 friend had to wait until we were done. We didn't leave the salon until AFTER 6PM! We had simple manicures and had made appointments! There was no massage or lotion applied. It was totally rushed, because they kept accepting walk-ins while they were doing ours. They would stop, go start another person, come back for a few minutes, then leave again to do something else. My 2 friends said their manicures were terrible. Mine is ok. They REALLY OVERCHARGE! I paid $75 for gel nails. My other friend was charged $85 because she got ombre! I've never had such terrible service and paid so much! I'll keep going to my regular nail place. I pay $55 for a MUCH better service at A+ Nails across the road.

A Hidden Gem!I recently visited R&T Nail Lounge and the ladies here are lovely. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them and she was super accommodating. The pedicure was also fabulous! Atmosphere is so relaxing and very clean. Would 100% recommend you check them out, my new go-to place for sure!

DONT GO THERE!!!!! Completely waste of money, they are terrible professionals, rude, hurted my fingers all the way through the processe. they leave you with a duck thick nail, and want you to pay for the work!!! Besides they always have appointments but when u get there they make you wait for a long time, they keep changing professionals so they can complete the work, and get to everyone, but the consequence of that, is a terrible result because of the rush!!! I stopped going there because of those reasons and today I was there again just to remind myself of the terrible professionals they are! I’ll never go back there again, and you shouldn’t too! All of them are terrible at their job, and can’t give you the set of nails you want!!! And just to complete, they pretend they’re not listening to what ur saying, and ignore you, and then blames you because u didn’t say anything, lol!! terrible experience unfortunately! -10 experience

The WROST costumer service EVER!! The shape of my nails was clearly TERRIBLE, anyone could tell how bad it was and the nail was too thick so I told the lady that I wasn’t satisfied with the results, and she was extremely rude with me and screamed at my face. TERRIBLE job, terrible costumer service, they’re all so unprofessional and always rude!! I definitely DON’T recommend this place, you’ll regret!!

READ BEFORE COMING HERE!!! If I could give less the one star review I would!I never come to this area as I live in Toronto and wanted to get a basic square while my daughter had practice .. I was left with a shape I wasn’t happy about and asked for the nail lady to remove it. 10 min later the manager comes in telling me I have to pay for half the set even if I didn’t like it and I explained that I wasn’t satisfied with the work and now I’m getting yelled at my the owner.. THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLR!-10 ⭐️ for costumer service

I went there twice, the ladies were so unprofessional that I never felt like it was a nail salon, it felt more like a gathering. Anna was the girl who worked on my nails. All staffs were speaking loud in a different language meanwhile I was the only one in the salon. They charged me 15$ extra for the design I chose even tho they normally charge 10$ for designs. It’s been a week since I got my nails done and now the shellac is starting to come off. Overall I did not have a good experience with this salon. And I don’t recommend it.
