I walked in exploring my options on a new car, I
was greeted with warm welcomes by Oksana immediately and she was single-handedly the best sales representative that I have ever spoken with, I wanted to have more money down and didn’t end up purchasing a car in general but she never pressured me and was very supportive and understanding. she showed me all the options within my price range and explained every detail and made it clear and understandable she was very transparent about everything and didn’t force anything onto me and let me make a decision on my own terms.

My husband just drove 2.5 hours (each way) to visit this dealership. He had an appointment. Upon arrival, sales rep Daniel informed him that he sold the car last night. Daniel made excuses saying it was after 5, and this morning we would have been on the road already. However, they have been texting about the car all week. A quick text could have saved us half a day and a tank of gas.
