Really enjoy the great training from Greg and his team. The whole experience has been a lot of fun! It also helps to be learning good form and best practices from the pro's. The environment is very positive for those over 50 who are jumping back into work out routines.

Just finished an 8 weeks introductory package, and will be continuing with a membership with 1 class/week. The staff is great, the facilities are amazing (and not crowded at all). I have enjoyed the sessions and am getting stronger every time.

I have been looking for a gym with professional staff that I can trust to be knowledgeable and qualified to work with people with RA and mobility issues… I have finally found it!I have been a member for almost a year and can not say enough about Matrix of Motion, Greg or Joe!From assessment and treatment by Greg, that resulted in a positive change in my joint stiffness, through my ongoing work with Joe, including being trained on the state of the art gym equipment, I have been impressed! The gym is very clean and never crowded…staff are amazing!
