Checked out CrossFit Aurora Central as I needed to add a little extra to my workout routine to get stronger, healthier and lose these stubborn extra pounds. Only took a couple classes and I am hooked!!! Great friendly coaches, staff and members, who make you feel like family, and root for your success, I feel welcomed by everyone! Also is one of the rare places that has classes at the times I can fit in my busy schedule towards end of the day. What a pump!!

The best crossfit gym and coaches! This is my happy place, the place where I find my sanity, build healthy habits and starting the day in the right way. ✅️ I love the 6 AM class, that energizes me and makes me feel I can conquer any stress on the day....My kids of 8 and 10 year old also joined the crossfit kids classes and they love it. It gives them confidence, structure, energy, strength ? but most of all they have fun.Thank you Crossfit Newmarket Central team for the amazing community you build!

I am 57 and have been a member of CF Newmarket for the last 4+years. This is by far the best gym I have ever belonged to. The owners and staff are very inclusive. There is modification to all movements and at no time have I ever felt intimidated like I thought I might. The classes encourage me to challenge myself and I’m in better shape than when I was in my 20’s!Highly recommend!
