Called to reschedule an appointment for Wednesday to Thursday. Fairly certain I booked the Thursday as well, but regardless, the person I spoke to on the phone should have confirmed and was even made aware. Came on Thursday, no record of any appointment made, just the cancellation. Huge waste of time and disappointing experience.
***UPDATE**** Spoke to Ron, who was understanding and a pleasure to work with. Managed to come up with a solution that worked for both of us. Massage and staff were excellent!
I have been gatekeeping my therapist Evelyn but she is just too fantastic to not share. Evelyn's technique was both soothing and effective. The massage is so relaxing that I nearly drifted off to sleep. By the time we finished, all the tension I’d been carrying was completely gone, and I felt lighter, calmer, and more at peace than I have in a long time. Thank you Evelyn!
