Lovely staff, extremely clean, relaxing, the rooms have very calming music playing on low. As a bonus there was birds chirping outside the window that really made relaxing very easy! Highly recommend coming here!!

I cannot recommend Main Street RMT & Wellness Clinic enough! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful extremely friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful with the check-in process. It really sets the tone for the whole visit when the front-of-house staff is that professional and warm.
As for the treatment, the RMT was fantastic, amazing and PHENOMENAL . They really listened to my concerns and delivered a high-quality, effective massage that left me feeling significantly better. She made my soul leave that room at least 5 times 🤣.
The atmosphere is calming, and the level of care is top-notch. Honestly, if I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I’ll definitely be back.

I started coming here for acupuncture (for a few months now) and I've been really happy. Jenny is absolutely wonderful. She's patient, genuinely listens to your concerns, and takes the time to address them thoughtfully. I leave every session feeling really well, which says it all.
Kevin and Monica at the front desk are always so welcoming and friendly, and if you ever have any questions or issues with appointments, they jump right on it and get it sorted out. It's so reassuring to know the support is there.
What I love most is that this place has become a true one-stop shop for me. I now come here for multiple services, and I've been happy with everything across the board. It's a bonus that they stock ingredients for herbal teas (for after my appointments with Jenny) — one less errand to run! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care in a welcoming, holistic setting!

Been coming here since 2023 and have always received thorough, professional service from front desk staff to RMTs. It doesn't matter what type of issue I go into my appointment with or which RMT works on me, I always come out feeling better. That said, Fiona, Shannon and Charles are definitely MVPs!
Appointments are super easy to book online and allow for a range of options throughout the week that I can fit into whatever my schedule is.
Maybe one of the most important things - the place is clean and holds a standard of cleanliness. Slippers are provided (and cleaned regularly), with no outdoor shoes allowed past the front door! The rooms are cleaned after every client as well.
Glad that they're expanding service options. Makes it easier as a one stop shop. Will definitely be looking into chiro here.

Been coming to physio with Wing the last few months. It’s the best physio I’ve ever had. So helpful with chronic back pain. Wing has so many techniques, skills and modalities available and he always makes sure you are informed and comfortable. My dad sees him too and gets great results.

I had an excellent experience with Charles. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the entire session. He took the time to understand my concerns, focused on the problem areas, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. His technique was effective and I felt much better afterwards. Highly recommend Charles to anyone looking for a skilled and caring RMT.
