A month ago, my little budgie had an unfortunate accident, while were away. His ankle was either broken or dislocated. My son was able to get him to one of the avian vets at Hillside the next morning and their treatment and consultation with me, by phone, was just amazing. My little fellow was put under anesthetic and his ankle was repositioned and casted in a boot cast bandage! He was given anti inflammatory/pain killers to keep him comfortable and after a few adjustments during his weekly checks, the boot came off and he’s completely back to normal! I was amazed with the responsiveness and true care of both doctor and assisted personnel of the clinic. After the initial visit which was a thorough examination and collecting symptoms and information from me, I got a follow up email how my dog was doing, and further responses to my questions and concerns with possible options/outcomes. I’m very grateful and this will be my “go to” vet clinic now.

Hillside has been such a fantastic clinic for my dogs. The staff team is wonderful and has gone above and beyond countless times to ensure my large breed vet fearful dogs have the most stress free experiences possible. I appreciate their timely replies to any inquiries I have about my pets health. As my dogs have had more complex medical issues over the years, I appreciate that Hillside can run many labs in house. Along with that, the Hillside veterinarians have always thoroughly explained anything going on with my pets and diagnostic results.
