Great welcoming gym. Coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. Really for everyone who wants to keep up with everyday challenges or compete in higher levels. Coaches will help you to scale it up or down, depending on your abilities. I am happy to be a part of this inspirational community!

Everything you could want in a gym. Fantastic programming run by a great group of people. Members are friendly and supportive. You won't just get a workout - you'll be part of a great community that wants to share in your challenges and successes. Overall positive atmosphere in a great facility. Total package.

Great gym with great equipment and a fantastic community. Been a member of CrossFit groundworx for over 5 years and can’t imagine going to another CrossFit gym. Everyone makes you feel welcome and the coaches are some of the best in the business
