Many members have seen improvements in their strength and health, and newcomers often find the environment encouraging and humbling, especially with helpful instructors like Sky. I had a great training session with Tanner. It went significantly better than I expected.
Tanner particularly skilled at quickly identifying weaknesses in technique and making corrections that are easy to understand and apply.
I came in to work on my power clean technique. I was really impressed with how much progress we were able to make in just one session. He was patient, attentive, and clearly knows what he’s doing.

Jen is an excellent physiotherapist, very thorough but more importantly very caring and considerate of her patients. I always feel that I have better direction as to what my next steps are after visiting her.
I would give Jen more then 5 stars if I could. She is an exceptional physiotherapist, incredably knowledgeable, professional and kind!
