I started physio with Pankill after wrist surgery, needed from a pervious horse riding accident. The entire team have been amazing and so supportive in my recovery. Pankill and his team took the time to listen to my concerns & goals and helped me get there! Very kind, and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend for anyone needing recovery help.

So happy with my results! Shauna truly understands the mind-body-fascia connection and how to find the root cause of your pain and/or stiffness. She did a thorough assessment and educated me a lot. After just one session of myofascial release and osteopathy, my mobility improved significantly. After my second session, I walked out with even hips for the first time in over a decade! She is magical. I can’t recommend her enough!
