I had an appointment scheduled for today for the first time and I asked if I can see his facility to make sure it’s safe and clean for my dog. He said for liability reasons I can not let you in my house. I didn’t understand why he would not let me take a quick look at where he will be taking my dog. I told him it was really important for me to take a look and he then said that he didn’t think it was a good idea for us to do business and cancelled my appointment. RED FLAG!!

Roman did an amazing job grooming our BSH cat at a reasonable and affordable price! He was very informative and knowledgeable. He taught us how to give our cat a proper bath and gave such good advice!

I recently took my beloved golden retriever here, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My pup was in need of a grooming session going into her deshedding season, and the groomer did an incredible job. Not only did they make her look absolutely stunning, but they were also very kind and attentive. My golden retriever looks both intelligent and sweet! I highly recommend this groomer to anyone looking for an excellent care for their furry friend. Five stars all around!
