I dropped in to this salon a long time ago. I live in Innisfil. Needed a haircut, had some spare time while I was in town. Hands down this was the best haircut I've ever had. Will be back soon. I'm in Newmarket often now.

She didn't deliver the service the way I asked. I went another time so she can fix it then she got mad at me and told me I should have listened to her. I told her that it wouldn't work with her being rude and angry so I asked for my money back to go to someone else to fix my hair then her friend whose been sitting there started shouting at me and threatening me and she hid in a room when I took out my phone to record her. I followed to ask her repeating what she said but both of them attacked me when I tried to record her friend's violent behaviour. I'm going to call the police this is not Canada I knew...This is not acceptable in any measure!

I had an amaxing experience with Pam, the hairdresser at DNA. She was very funny and her demeanour made the time truly enjoyable. Coincidentally, my sister had an appointment the day following mine, and she graciously extended her services to pamper both of us during my visit. I received a wash cut and style that I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was a remarkable experience, and I am delighted with the transformation of my hair.

I am not recommending to anyone. She might be good doing haircut and color but not style at all. I paid $75 but when I went home washed my hair and redo it myself. She told me with full confidence to bring a picture of your style i will do it and it was a simple updu. I am so sad that even i was not happy but she charged me extra. She said $60 to $65 but she charged me $75. I won't even sat one star she is a nice person but she wasn't honest with.

Been seeing Pam for a while now. Sweet woman. Always does a great job for both me and my man. She knows what she’s doing. I’ve went to many hair places in Aurora Newmarket over the course of a year and settled on DNA because of her. The combination of the vibes, the service, and reasonable price made it stick out to me.

Pam is an incredible stylist. She has been cutting and styling my hair for 8 years now. She’s a very kind and lovely business woman. I highly recommend her. She recently did highlights on my hair- incredible. Cannot beat her pricing and quality of work

Im so disappointed and wish I didn’t have to write a review like this but a picture is worth a thousand words. For reference the picture is with my hair parted in the middle and if i parted it how i normally do it would be even more unbalanced. This place had great reviews and the owner was very nice and accommodating for a last minute hair cut so I didn't even care that when I pulled up it wasn’t a very updated looking salon. Because of how she blow dried my hair, i couldn’t really tell anything was wrong until it fell flat into place at the end of the day. The layers are very uneven and not balanced and the shape is not great. I honestly feel like crying right now because it’s a long weekend, they are closed today and tomorrow and they knew I was flying out tomorrow for a wedding overseas. Beyond the disappointment I feel really ripped off because it wasn’t that cheap of a haircut (it was average price - same i paid before at nice salons) plus I tipped plus now I have to go pay for an entirely different place to fix it because I absolutely cannot attend a wedding with this haircut. I was stuck because I had been sick with a cold the past week and so couldn’t book the place I normally go in advance and with it being a holiday weekend there weren't many options to choose from before I had to fly out but this place had great reviews so I thought it would be fine for a very basic haircut with minimal long layers. I’m leaving this review so someone else can make an informed decision. The salon wasn’t busy at all there was only 1 other lady there that had a small touch up, no one else waiting after they finished my haircut.
