Pheonomal customer support from the employees! Came in mistakenly mixing up CPUs they had in stock online but decided to upgrade my PC anyways since I already came in with the intention anyways. Great products they had on sale and bundles! These gents helped inform me on my options and gains/losses without directing my decision to their most expensive build but an ideal one given a budget and purpose. Couldn't be happier with the service I received and the overall experience.
Can get some great deals on gaming laptops and desktops here. Especially the in-house Armoury Desktop Gaming PCs are such a high value at times with good prices and quality parts/assembly. If CC matched their customer service policies with Best Buy (I consider BB to have the best policies), they'd be an even better place to shop for tech.
I dropped in today after having some issues with some equipment I bought. I had a warranty on the item and explained the situation. On the receipt it says Ryan & Andrew, I’m not sure which one was helping me at the counter, he made the process simple and we had a good talk about consoles.
