This is my second review for Balsam Spa because they continue to impress me.
I’ve been coming here for about 8–10 years for massages, manscaping, and other services, and the entire team is always professional, welcoming, and excellent at what they do. The atmosphere is so relaxing that I never want to leave!
This review is specifically for Daniela. I went in with a very sore neck and upper back, and she did an incredible job. She’s currently working toward becoming an RMT, but her skills are already outstanding. Within about an hour after my appointment, I felt significantly better and much more mobile.

My experience at Balsam Spa in Newmarket, Ontario was excellent! Brandy was professional, friendly and an excellent spa therapist. I had a massage, facial and pedicure. All were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend both the spa, and specifically Brandy.
My daughter treated me to a wonderful spa day at Balsam Spa on Friday, January 30 — a full 3 hours of pure bliss! ✨ Facial, body scrub, and scalp massage. Thank you to the amazing ladies for making us feel so relaxed and truly pampered. Such a beautiful experience! ?♀️?~ Lana Kivell
