This store is not bad to shop at, but filing for AppleCare is a different story,
Around March I went in to get my iPhone 15 Pro Max serviced, I broke my camera lens and it was gonna be a $40 repair, the technician told me they don’t have my phone and I should do express repair, I mentioned that it was very inconvenient and I would rather get it serviced, left my phone there for the night to get repaired and drove back the next day, when I went to pick up my phone they told me to put a case on my phone then I'm good to go. Only to find out they scraped up the sides of my phone while repairing the device.
Steve is the best. Whenever you need assistance, he’s the one to go to. His customer service is outstanding, and his positive attitude makes all the difference. 10 star ?
