I can't speak highly enough about the staff at this store. Not only were they able to help me almost immediately without an appointment at the Genius Bar, they went above and beyond to help me get more out of my trade ins.

I just bought an M4 MacBook from the App Store today, and I’m really grateful for Mr. Babak’s guidance. I was quite confused before the purchase, but he patiently and clearly explained everything, helping me make the best choice. The purchase went smoothly, and I’m completely satisfied. I came into the Apple store to get a repair done on my iPhone after receiving some confusing and mixed messages from another location. Angela and the Lead Genius (also named Angela—what a powerhouse duo!) took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, clear up all the confusion, and seamlessly complete the exact repair my phone needed.
They were professional, patient, and genuinely committed to getting everything right. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling completely taken care of.
