While the crew that did the work made a minor cosmetic mistake, they immediately informed me and took responsibility. Then, the company proactively reached out to me with an apology and a meaningful offer to compensate me for what had happened. In my experience, this is uncommon and shows that they truly care about the quality of their work and their customers.
