DEFINITELY 5 STARS. I had a great experience getting my hair cut here. Hillary did a great job cutting my hair and was very personable the entire time. She took her time and paid close attention to detail. Unfortunately, the next day, I wasn't 100% sure I liked my haircut so I called first thing in the morning and explained my situation. They intently listened and were very understanding. They happily booked me in the same day and fixed my hair up perfectly. Hillary was very kind, considerate, and understanding throughout the entire process. I look forward to getting my hair cut there again.

I can't say enough good things about Refinery Hair Salon in Newcastle! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. The haircuts are consistently excellent, and I always leave feeling great. One of the highlights for me is the hot towel treatment at the end – it's such a relaxing touch that you don't find at other salons. Even though I no longer live in Newcastle, I would happily travel back just for a haircut here.
