First time here but not last. Our car developed a grinding noise, a day before my wife and daughter was to leave on their Trip to Niagara. Immediate thought was a Brake issue, all our previous Mechanics that we have used in the past could not help us as too busy to even look at it. Everyone stated they could only see us in a few days, which does not work. I was not home when this occurred so Dar looked for a place to look at it, and Thankfully she managed to reach Rod at Cochrane Automotive. He understood the urgency behind the problem and took the vehicle in for a diagnosis the same day. He did a complete check of the braking system. Cleanest shop I’ve ever seen
Truly cares about the safety on the road, no cutting corners with safety and I appreciate that! We all have families and we wanna go home to them end of the day.
After being with one Mechanic for 23 years I had to change when I moved to Newcastle. I found these guys via a social media post. Great experience.The shop is a little hidden, behind a residence and no signage. The owner was there promptly at 8am to greet me. I was immediately impressed by how clean and organized the garage was, that alone made me feel good about my choice. They diagnosed my cars problems, fixed them quickly that day and charged a very fair price for the work done.I hope this shop will get me through the next 23 years!!!
