She took her time and paid close attention to detail. Unfortunately, the next day, I wasn't 100% sure I liked my haircut so I called first thing in the morning and explained my situation. They intently listened and were very understanding. They happily booked me in the same day and fixed my hair up perfectly. Hillary was very kind, considerate, and understanding throughout the entire process. I look forward to getting my hair cut there again.
