I took my shirt and dress pants in to get dry cleaned. I was told it would take seven days. I come back in eight days and My pants and shirt were not done. The owner said they couldn’t find my shirt and pants. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while he looked, he then comes and says that neither my pants or shirt were cleaned. He then said I’ll have them done in five minutes. I said thanks and I’d be back. Well, when I come back he had trouble finding my clothes again. I did get my clothes, and the paid. I got home, looked at my clothes and my clothes were NOT CLEANED! I went back to the dry cleaners to discuss my concerns. The owner said I was being rude but said he’d give me half my money back, It’s too bad in a small town when we had a good dry cleaners we have to put up with this kind of garbage.

I’ve gone here for years, but after my most recent experience, I will not be. I dropped off a duvet ahead of time and prepaid so when it was ready, someone else could pick it up. The day we were told it was ready, someone else picked it up, as planned. To start, it was in the floor, not even in a bag. I can tell the minute it got home, it wasn’t even cleaned. It smelled, which it never did prior to being dropped off. Second, the man behind the counter had the audacity to argue with the person picking it up, telling them they had to pay again! The receipt they brought in clearly stated it was paid. He continued to argue for about five minutes and said “we don’t authorize prepayment”. Excuse me? You’re telling me you’ve never once had someone prepay, and here you’re arguing with someone that clearly presented a paid receipt, for a job that was never even done in the first place? The attitude was not warranted. Won’t be returning.
