I purchased a steel roof few years ago to find a dent on the side of the roof a month after installation. I have been trying to contact them to fix it more time than I can remember. They claim it’s a lifetime warranty but I was ignored and no one got back to me. Horrible customer service. I won’t recommend them to anyone.

We were more than happy with Jack and his team. Shingle companies were not even interested in installation for us.
Work was completed in one day and clean up was great.
Denny was more than willing to keep us updated on the install.
We highly recommend Canadian Metal Roof.

After shopping around and extensive research, I found Canadian Metal roof to be the most professional, prompt and uninterrupted work. Their price was competitively great compared to others and I was getting compliments on the roof even while it was being done.Jack and his team are a valued crew and I would work with them again!

I finally made the investment to install metal roof for my home. From the moment I called, this company has been nothing but professional, accommodating, and made you feel truly valued as a customer. I explained my situation and I did not feel any pressure at all, and the front desk lady was extremely helpful in finding the right roof and quotes. The service was also very efficient, quicker than expected, and the installers were very knowledgable. If you are looking to make the switch to a metal roof, you have to use this company. I can not begin to describe the disappointment I have with this company. I hired them to put on a metal roof, what should have been my final roof, so I never have to deal with it again. They assured me they are a high quality company. The 50 year warranty is worthless. Once they receive their money you will never be able to contact them again. They assured me the roof would be checked so that any damage would be fixed before the metal roof goes on. This was not done. They just cover all issues with the metal and hope you never go into the attic and see the damage. Water penetration, hole put through the roof, probably by a foot and just covered by the metal roof, instead of it being fixed. Bent metal pieces, so that water gets through, doesn't look good and if you go onto the roof you will get cut by the ragged edges. They will take your first phone call when you explain these issues and promise you the world in fixing them, then they will ignore all messages, e-mails, etc. till you just go away. Stay away from this company with their shoddy workmanship and none existent customer service, once they have your money.
