What an absolutely AMAZING first experience at YogaTown. I've phenomenal things about it for a while, so jumped on this beginner welcome class this afternoon. So pleasantly surprised. What a welcoming, inclusive, beautiful and empowering experience. Thank you Tracy. Seriously contemplating the month trial membership, just have to figure out how to fit it into my schedule.

Everyone would feel better with yoga in their life, it's impossible not to. I love the classes at Yogatown! They have classes for all levels, the studio in Barrhaven is beautiful, and the instructors are top notch.
I especially enjoy Josh's town mix class on Saturdays - my absolute favorite.
You are encouraged to do as much as you can (be kind to yourself) so there is never any pressure.

Yogatown changed my life almost 3 years ago! I can do things I could not do before, I have mobility that I have not had since I was a child and the community is very kind, loving and supportive! I love Yogatown!
