I bought a music DVD which, even after I cleaned it with disc repair goo, stuttered on one track. The gentlemen (sorry dude, I didn't catch yer name) working that day ran the disc thru some wonder tech that restored the disc so that track plays perfectly. They offer this repair several for $6 or $7 bucks...I know where to go if I run into thus issue in the future. Kudos to you nan...great service! This place Rock's! Mu fav 'music' shop in town!
Throughout the years I've shopped here, I've purchased at least over 100 CDs/Records/DVDs. Not once did I get a bad/malfunctioning disc or record. This shop's inventory is so clean for the amount of second hand media they carry. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the media selection is the most diverse in the city, and the prices are reasonable. Currently the best media shop in Ottawa hands down. Oh, and their website is great too.
