First time there. A lot of options. Will be back to do a proper wand wash when I have time, but this time it was just a quick foam and rinse to get all the highway salt off my vehicle.

I was visiting my daughter in Ottawa on the weekend and decided to get my car washed. Being a senior on a fixed income I went for the self-serve outside bay. My daughter said the start up cost was $3.00 (wrong Suds) so I put in $3.00. Nothing happened, so I checked one of the many signs "$4.00" start up. I put in another $1.00. Now it registered $1.00. I asked 4 of the employees and the manager for help and they all said "The system is down we have no wayof helping you. You will have to come back tomorrow." Best car wash in Ottawa. Wash bays and property are extremely well maintained, and the products they have are hands down the best in the industry. But if you don't like the cold, there are, I think, 6 washbays inside, yes inside. Drive around the back of the building as if you were going to go through their touch less drive-through but take the first door so when they are really busy on those beautiful sunny days, try the back door
