When I first called about an issue with my toilet in my condo, the person I spoke with was very helpful and offered great advice on a few things I could try before scheduling a service call. I really appreciated that honesty and willingness to help. When the issue persisted, I called back and a plumber was sent to my home.
He arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. He wore boot covers and explained everything he did while inspecting the problem, which I really appreciated.
We were extremely satisfied with your plumber’s thorough explanations of our plumbing problems and alternative solutions to each. His workmanship was extremely well done including the clean -ups required after installations. We would not hesitate to request your services again when the need arises.

We are always pleased to “tip our hats” to Safari, first talking on the telephone to Justine, who can always find one of safari’s super plumbers like our favourite, Dan. As we said in the past we have used Safari for a long time and they have always solved and fixed our plumbing problems .... and, they have never had to come back to fix their work. At our house we really like Safari Plumbing.
