Great service. Odd VW back wiper replacement. Need ASAP prior to departure for family road trip next morning. Crew here is getting me the part prior to opening so we can hit the road. Judy is the manager. Hope I heard it right. She is funny and respectful and helps put. Patrick was a gem helping locate the part.
The absolute best customer service of ANY retail store in ottawa. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me save over $1000 in 2023 alone instead of buying parts from the car garage. Great work to the team at PartSource Nepean!
