I am a recent home buyer and needed someone to come fix a baseboard heater in my new home. It was part of the sale that it was to be in working condition, so I needed to move quickly. Their team was booked solid, but thankfully Steve was able to pop by since it was only a single heater. He gave me some options of how to solve the issue and talked me through why it was more likely decommissioned intentionally.
