Merivale Medical Imaging offers a seamless experience from online booking to appointment. The staff is kind and professional, making customers feel at ease. The clinic is clean and orderly, and technicians are skilled and polite. Recently, customers have noted that the front line staff is polite and efficient. The technician for the echo cardiogram was kind, considerate, and informative. However, the reception area can be busy and noisy at times, which may distract some customers. Although parking fees are a concern, many have found the staff pleasant during their visits, with special mentions of staff members like Jeeva for their helpfulness. Some have also pointed out that the front lobby could be tidier and that there were issues with the public restroom.
I wish there was more privacy near the waiting cubicles for mammograms.
Most of my experience at Merivale Medical Imaging was very good. The receptionists that took my initial booking was friendly and sweet; the technician who did my mammogram was efficient and personable.
I don't like their set up. There is another waiting area for other medical procedures right in view of the change cubicles for the mammograms. At the time there was a older man staring at the women coming in and out of cubicles in their medical gowns and there were folks walking up and down the corridor to exit the imaging rooms.

Poor customer service and timeliness. Even though I had an appointment at 11am, I had to wait for 45 min before I was even called. Not sure if they just overbook people, but a ton of people were waiting. Gave an extra star since I did get an appointment within 2 weeks which is better than other clinics that was booking 2 months away.
Long waiting time for walk in X-ray examination. After registered, they offered us a text message service to notify us what time to go back for examination. We returned at the suggested time and waited for another hour. The total waiting time was almost five hours.
