“Excellent! Professional, positive communication and teamwork from Samira, Cheyanne and Mya. Accommodating as they could be. I walked in wishing to buy make-up as I accidentally forgot mine in another car in Sudbury, a 500km car ride from Ottawa!! These fine women were kind enough to perform a makeup trial on me, explained cleansers, moisture lotion, and the proper tint of foundation. Mya educated me on eyebrow shaping, tinting and lamination (?) and did a beautiful job on an eyebrow wax shaping of my brows! They made me feel like a valued customer as well as PERSON! Thank you, and hats off to Samira, Cheyanne and Mya!

Just a heads-up that not everyone is skilled with designs, so it’s best to ask for them if you can. Also, if you book by phone, double-check your service when you arrive since requests don’t always carry through. With the right person, the results are worth the wait.“
