Couldn't get an appointment with my regular stylist at another salon. Decided to book an appointment for a trim at this establishment as it's local. Got in last minute with Crystal as she had availability. Normally I pick Toni in these rare cases but she was booked solid. Crystal wasn't interested in me showing her a pic of what I wanted. My layered hair now looks one length. It's not bad, not what I asked for, but at least it's not a hack job. With that said, I wouldn't recommend Crystal for hair cuts or style. Booking with my regular stylist to fix it.

I booked a wash, cut, and blow-dry with Carmen yesterday. She skipped the wash since my hair was already freshly cleaned. My hair is quite long and I desperately needed the dry ends cut off. If you book online, I’d recommend mentioning it if you have thick or long hair.
Carmen did a great job! I wanted long layers, with face framing pieces. She chopped off the dry ends and she gave me the long layers I wanted. She listened attentively to what I was looking for, and overall it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. I got a lot of compliments on the haircut already!
