It was my first time at this salon. My experience with Crystal was amazing! She listened attentively, understood what I wanted, and gave me an excellent haircut. She demonstrated knowledge of my hair type and nailed it.

Kirsten was wonderful and I am thrilled with my hair cut after being unsure of how to describe what I wanted. Only reason I’m not giving the salon 5 stars is because in spite of the salon being nearly empty, check in was uncomfortably slow - almost to a point of being rude, as I was left standing with no acknowledgement of my existence such as “be with you shortly” even after I moved myself around closer to the computer next to where various staff were gathered.

Couldn't get an appointment with my regular stylist at another salon. Decided to book an appointment for a trim at this establishment as it's local. Got in last minute with Crystal as she had availability. Normally I pick Toni in these rare cases but she was booked solid. Crystal wasn't interested in me showing her a pic of what I wanted. My layered hair now looks one length. It's not bad, not what I asked for, but at least it's not a hack job. With that said, I wouldn't recommend Crystal for hair cuts or style. Booking with my regular stylist to fix it.
