Mr. Yates has ALWAYS provided an above norm quality of service. I would trust them to service my great grand-mother's walkways, just as much as my neighborhood outdoor rink, the Costco where I do my groceries, or the school my niece and nephew attend.
It is also a company that prides themselves on the way they treat their employees. People enjoy working for, and appreciate the level of humanity exuded by Mr. Yates.

Excellent snow removal service! Highly recommended! Very attentive and thorough! The driveway was cleared prior the start of the work day, including removal of the road plow windrow, most always before other snow removal services working in our area! I will not hesitate to renew next winter.
